International study concluded that Portuguese workers "are the most convinced that the main differential value of training by 2035 will reside in the development of human skills".
In a statement, Cegoc presented the national results of the 2026 edition of the international study 'Transformations, Skills and Learning', of the blind group, in which it concluded that the collaborators in Portugal are the most convinced that the main differential value of training by 2035 will reside in the development of human skills, with 32% in Portugal compared to 23% in the average of the 11 countries/regions.
Still, 65% already use Artificial Intelligence at work
Portuguese workers believe that it is important to develop distinctive human skills in the face of artificial intelligence (AI), according to a study, which found that they are the most convinced (32%), compared to the average of the countries and regions analyzed.
