Since Monday 14 July, the municipality of Portofino, known as the richest in Italy, prohibits begging in its tourist areas. A measure which, like other taken by the city, seems to be studied to guarantee the tranquility of the most wealthy visitors.

As of today, new regulations will come into force in Portofino, the fairytale coastal town on the Ligurian Riviera.
