(11-29-25) In a plea deal Derrick Alan Miller (42) Portland pleaded guilty to sexual misconduct with a minor, a Level 5 felony carrying up to six years in prison. The plea agreement called for Miller to receive a four-year sentence: two years of incarceration followed by two years on probation.
