MANDAN, ND (KXNET) - A portion of 43rd Avenue SE in Mandan will be closed at Memorial Highway starting at 5:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 13, for water main installation. The closure will span 100 feet and is expected to last through Monday, Aug. 18. Businesses in the area will remain open during the project.
