Port Hope nuclear proposal not affecting Bruce C work: Bruce Power

Ontario pursues two large nuclear projects separately to meet up to 90% electricity demand growth, with Port Hope aiming for 10,000 MW and Bruce County adding 4,800 MW.

A new proposal to construct what is being called the world’s largest nuclear generating station at a site east of Toronto, doesn’t impact work being done to advance the Bruce C project, according to Bruce Power.
