Port Arthur man sentenced to 60 years in home invasion robbery
A Port Arthur man was sentenced to 60 years in connection to a fatal home invasion robbery that occurred in 2020. Jovan Neveaux, 24, was found guilty earlier this week in Judge John Stevens’ court in the fatal shooting of Jaylon Howard. But before he serves time for the killing he must serve time for two previous violent crimes.
