FLORIDA, JUL 24 – Casey DeSantis holds 32% support among Florida Republicans, narrowly ahead of Byron Donalds' 29% in a poll with a 3.9-point margin of error, despite Trump's backing of Donalds.

- Over a year out from the contest, foundation scrutiny poses potential risks for DeSantis, and the primary is scheduled for August 18, 2026, with support likely to shift, said Dr. Sean Freeder.
