OCONEE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) - The Oconee County Sheriff's Office is asking the public's help in locating a suspect who is wanted on burglary and grand larceny charges. On April 27, 24-year-old Chaz Marshall Richardson, broke into a home and stole between 15 to 20 guns and $1,500 in cash, deputies said.
