Policeman Charles Bourdon Receives a Distinction

It was two police officers who received these honours, for saving two teenage girls who were in difficulty in a river together. Together with a teammate from Lachute, Mr. Bourdon had been deployed outside his usual territory to assist the Nunavik Police Service.
