Police still investigating if Bali shooting of Australian man was a botched hit
- Just after midnight on June 13, Australian tourist Zivan Radmanovic was fatally shot at a property close to Munggu Beach in Bali’s Badung area.
- The attack was allegedly premeditated and carried out by three Australian men, two of whom arrived on a scooter and opened fire while the third assisted by procuring tools and vehicles.
- Police recovered numerous bullets and fragments in the bathroom where Radmanovic was killed, found an empty handgun and ammunition dumped 700 meters from the villa, and detected gun residue on suspects Coskun and Tupuo.
- Bali Police Chief Daniel Adityajaya described the crime as well organised murder, stating, "Because of the meticulous planning... we believe this is pre-meditated murder," while the suspects remain in custody awaiting trial.
- Investigators are still gathering evidence and investigating the motive, with the accused facing charges that could carry life imprisonment or the death penalty if convicted.
