Police seek information about potential burglar in rural areas of Winona County

WINONA, Minn. — Authorities are warning rural residents to be on the lookout for a potential burglar in Winona County and surrounding areas. According to the Winona County Sheriff's Office, the 69-year-old man, who has not been named, drives to houses typically located in rural areas and knocks on the door.
