Police: Residents keep leaving keys in their vehicles, leading to car thefts

Try as they might, Key Biscayne police can’t get residents to stop leaving their keys inside expensive cars. All police can do is react when burglars prowl.  Coral Gables officers arrested a teenage male late last month with possession of cars — valued a total of $90,000.
