Watertown, N.Y. — A man has been passing counterfeit $100 bills at Dollar General stores in the North Country and Central New York, according to State Police.

3rd man arrested in Palmer Township counterfeit bills case

A 20-year-old Berks County man was the third to be arrested in a case involving four suspects allegedly passing counterfeit $100 bills at a Palmer Township gas station.
