Tinubu Visits Adamawa Monday, to Commission Projects
President Tinubu inaugurates 21 model schools and multiple infrastructure projects, including a new NYSC orientation camp, highlighting Adamawa's development under Governor Fintiri.
- On Monday, President Bola Tinubu will visit Adamawa, Adamawa Government concluded arrangements, Mr James Iliya, Commissioner, Ministry of Information and Strategy, announced on Sunday in Yola to NAN.
- The visit will inaugurate several projects completed by the Fintiri-led administration, reflecting national recognition of the state's development efforts, Iliya said.
- Among projects to be opened are the Bekaji Roundabout underpass and expanded Bank Road, and the president will unveil the automated gate at Government House, inaugurate the Governor's Office complex, and commission the High Court Complex.
- Commissioner of Police Morris Dankombo ordered deployment of operational assets including Police Mobile Force, Counter Terrorism Unit, Surveillance Squad and Crowd/Traffic Control Unit, with teams expected to carry out covert surveillance.
- These projects span key sectors including education, infrastructure, justice administration, governance, security, healthcare, and human capital development, with 17 model schools built across the state.
