Police: Man accused of filming woman in restroom of a Redlands business; child porn was later found on his phone

After he was caught allegedly filming a woman in the bathroom of an East Citrus Avenue business, a 19-year-old Redlands man was arrested on suspicion of invasion of privacy, according to the Redlands Police Department.
