HALIFAX: On August 15, at approximately 4:00 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a weapons complaint at the Halifax Shopping Centre. Staff of the store Zumiez reported that a youth had stolen $400 worth of product and had sprayed a sensory irritant at several security guards.
