Union, N.Y. — Shots were fired in the middle of the afternoon Wednesday during a road rage incident in a town near Binghamton, according to State Police.Troopers responded to the incident after receiving a report of gunfire at about 2:17 p.m. near the 2800 block of East Main Street in the town of Union, troopers said in a news release.
