One injured after ATM canisters stolen in Towson

TOWSON, Md. — An armed robbery in Towson left one person injured on Tuesday afternoon. The incident occurred at just after 4 p.m. near the Wells Fargo bank located in the 900 block of Fairmount Avenue. Reports indicate that an ATM worked was assaulted and robbed and five ATM canisters loaded with cash were stolen. Police quickly recovered four of the canisters in multiple locations.
