COTTONWOOD, Ariz. (NBC, KYMA) - Police in Cottonwood, Arizona were able to capture a pretty cagey character earlier this week. A 60-pound, flightless emu named Frank had been on the run for about two days before officers were finally able to catch up and get it under control.
