April 17, 2026 Detectives are investigating a bag snatch which occurred in the Kingaroy CBD on Friday morning. Officer-in-Charge of Kingaroy Police, Senior Sergeant Scott Prendergast, said the incident occurred about 8:45am. An elderly woman was targeted soon after she had attended the Commonwealth Bank ATM in Kingaroy Street.
