Brutal Knife Attack Went Unsolved for 20 Years, DNA Finally Led to the Killer
Police were called to a brutal scene in December 2004 in Tennessee. The beautiful college student had been stabbed 20 times by her killer. The woman's roommate was also injured in the stabbing attack, but he survived. A ghost image of the attacker was taken, but the case still remained unsolved. In the end, thanks to the ghost image and advances in DNA technology, the killer was found, but unfortunately the man was never brought to justice.
