Body Found Inside Vehicle Pulled From Harbor

BALTIMORE'S INNER HARBOR, MARYLAND, JUL 24 – Baltimore police divers recovered a Silver Taxi van from Inner Harbor with a body inside, prompting an active investigation at the scene near the National Aquarium.
