Police charge driver in fatal hit-and-run on North Point Boulevard in Sparrows Point

Baltimore County police identified the person charged in connection with a fatal hit-and-run Tuesday morning in Sparrows Point. County police on Thursday identified the driver as Angel Quizhpi Tenezaca, 40, and said investigators charged him with multiple citations related to failure to remain at the scene of a crash.
