Police chief says no 'massacres' in Chihuahua

EL PASO, Texas (Border Report) – Another string of multiple killings was reported in the northern Mexican state of Chihuahua this past weekend. On Saturday, three men and a woman were shot dead in the northwest Juarez neighborhood of Anapra that is adjacent to the U.S. border wall.
