GRANT COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) -- Thursday, state troopers were patrolling I-69 near SR 22 when a Dodge Charger was spotted driving recklessly. The car weaved in and out of traffic, eventually cutting into the SR 22 exit, right in front of the trooper.
