Police charge Kingston man with possession of obscene material involving child

According to a statement released today by New York State Police, Kingston resident Garrick E. Martino, 37, was arrested on Jan. 28 with assistance from the Internet Crimes Against Children task force on charges of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child, a felony.
