NAMPA, ID – After more than nine years of investigation, the Nampa Police Department has made an arrest in connection with a 2015 homicide that occurred in the 4000 block of Garrity Boulevard. Mark Adrian Neal, 54, of Nampa, has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of Akrian G. Evans. The original incident occurred on March 14, 2015.
