A video of a scuffle between inspectors from the Ostrava Public Transport Company and a man and woman who were apparently riding a trolleybus without a ticket has been circulating on social media since Wednesday. The couple had two small children with them. One of the passengers then allegedly used pepper spray on the inspectors who intervened. In addition to the transport company, the Ostrava police are now also investigating the incident.
