(Bloomberg) — Polish central banker Adam Glapinski has an all-or-nothing style that’s hard to grasp for financial markets. A week after insisting there were no grounds for monetary easing, the governor said that he may personally file a motion to cut interest rates as soon as May.

"If there is no signal from the government (...) but this electricity does not start (...) then I do not rule out that I will submit a motion to reduce interest rates."
