A report from the Central Bureau of Investigation of the Police indicates that last year, 80 percent of foreigners charged with gang-related activities were Russian-speaking. "If there are more suspects, detainees, and arrests, it means the police are acting effectively," commented Tomasz Siemoniak on the program Graffiti, commenting on the increase in the number of foreign criminals.

Within a year, the number of foreigners suspected of involvement in organized crime has increased by almost half - we read in today's "Rzeczpospolita".
