A drone flying over government buildings in Warsaw that was neutralized by Polish government security on Monday was apparently not part of a “massive espionage operation,” the Polish Interior Ministry said on Tuesday, adding that a 17-year-old Belarusian and a 21-year-old Ukrainian had been detained in connection with the case.
