PSNI investigation underway after two ravens fatally poisoned in Co Armagh

Testing determined that the two ravens had consumed high levels of rat poison and insecticide.

Two protected predators were poisoned by an unknown perpetrator with the banned poison carbofuran near Brtnice in Jihlavsk. The poisoned birds were found in early March, but the first information is emerging for tactical reasons due to the investigation only now. In the Highlands, it was the first case this year.
