WASHINGTON (BRAIN) — PNW Components is recalling about 1,200 Loam Gen 2 aluminum pedals because the axle can crack and cause the body to detach from the crank. Four reports of the axle cracking and detaching have been reported but no injuries have occurred. Consumers should contact PNW Components to receive free replacement axles.
