Platinum Market Records Second-Quarter Surplus, but Inventories Still Constrained
- The platinum market is forecasted to have a surplus in 2026, mainly due to investment outflows during the first half of the year amid economic and geopolitical uncertainty.

- Platinum prices are expected to track overall precious metals sentiment, with potential gains if interest rate hikes are less severe or do not occur.
