BRACEWELL and Orkney Builders (Contractors) Ltd have submitted a planning application for a new 92-bed hotel in Orkney. The site, on Kirkwall’s Junction Road, was previously a Jewsons Yard and sits in a mixed-use development on reclaimed land at the north west edge of the town’s conservation area.
