FARGO — It appears plans for The Wave Waterpark and Resort in south Fargo have dried up. A representative of the four entities that own undeveloped lots once part of EPIC Companies' EOLA development in south Fargo recently submitted a redevelopment plan to the Fargo Planning Commission.
