PLANO, Texas -- A shooting at Collin College on Sunday night sent a male student to the hospital and prompted a temporary shelter-in-place order for residents in the campus housing complex. Details of the Verbal Dispute and Altercation Authorities said Courtney Jacob Johnson, 23, shot another male student at least twice before running toward the nearby student apartments.
