The Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship sued Kacpr Płażyński. However, the civil trial has not yet begun. The reason? The problem with the delivery of a copy of the document to the deputy of the PIS.

“I moved, sold the apartment, it is in the property statements. The news arrived at a different address. I am not an anonymous person, I am an MP, I have a parliamentary office in Gdańsk. I think the court and the bailiff who was supposed to deliver the lawsuit probably knows where I work. If they wanted to, they would find me,” PiS MP Kacper Płażyński said in the Sejm.
