Pilsen will acquire one of the most famous lookout towers in the area. The tower on Chlum Hill will be purchased for more than 4.5 million crowns, the amount of which was decided by an auction. The councilors unanimously approved the use of the pre-emptive right, but some of them pointed out the almost eight-fold difference between the purchase price and the original expert estimate.
