The City Hall of Sector 5, led in 2023 by the current head of ANPC, directly awarded an IT audit contract to the company XKR Tools, which had only one employee in the last balance sheet. The company had no contracts in SEAP and was not on the list of main auditors authorized by the Romanian state.
