Daniel Joseph Chaplain III, a man from Picayune, was convicted on Thursday, August 14, for touching a child for lustful purposes and for four counts of sexual battery against a minor.   The Picayune Police Department received a report on October 10, 2023, regarding the sexual abuse of a 4-year-old child.
