Wilson freshman Alivia Noecker tied for fifth place in the girls 3A shot put on Friday at the PIAA Track and Field Championships at Shippensburg University. Noecker heaved the shot 39-0½ to earn a medal in her first trip to the state meet. Ephrata junior Sophia Rivera won the event with a put of 43-3.
