Philadelphia police officer dies from injuries in shooting, another officer injured

- After a neighborhood lockdown, police pulled the suspect from a tree and arrested him, prompting Mayor Cherelle Parker to say, "I see mothers and fathers sons and daughters, brothers and sisters."
