Environmental – PFAS Contamination – Well Water

Where plaintiffs whose land and private well water were contaminated by chemicals have moved for a preliminary injunction, the motion should be allowed in part, as there continues to be a risk of irreparable harm to some residents, but the vast majority have consistent test results over a long period of time showing non-detectable levels of PFAS.
