President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva offered support to his pair in Bolivia, Rodrigo Paz, to get the Andean nation out of the energy crisis due to the lack of gas exploitation. The president, in response, offered Brasilia to participate in the entire hydrocarbon chain, from exploitation to marketing.
