This morning, the bitter news was received of the passing of the Rosh Yeshiva of Ner Moshe, the Gaon Rabbi Avraham Itiel Gurvitz ztk"l. Rabbi Gurvitz was born in Jerusalem 87 years ago, on the 2nd of Elul 375. At that time, his parents immigrated to the United States due to the famine that prevailed in the country.
