"It demonstrates more clearly than anything else that the International Criminal Court (ICC) has completely lost its prestige by initiating proceedings against Hungary for not arresting the Israeli Prime Minister in Budapest," Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó wrote on Facebook on Saturday.

International organizations should not represent political interests; on the contrary, these institutions should provide an appropriate international negotiation platform for the parties to the dispute, he said.
