King Charles III's Nephew Peter Phillips to Marry in Royal Wedding: What to Know
The King and Queen and the Prince and Princess of Wales are expected at the private ceremony after the couple announced their engagement last summer.
Peter Phillips, the son of HRH The Princess Royal, will marry NHS nurse Harriet Sperling tomorrow, Saturday, June 6, 2026, in a private ceremony at All Saints Church in Kemble, Gloucestershire.
The 48-year-old groom is the King's nephew and brother of Zara Tindall; Phillips split from his first wife, Autumn, in 2020, marking the first remarriage among Queen Elizabeth's grandchildren.
Attendance includes the King, Queen, and the Prince and Princess of Wales, with Thameshead Benefice closing the church to the public until late afternoon Saturday.
Following the ceremony, the King and Queen plan to travel to the Epsom Derby to present the trophy, while Princess Anne will host the reception at Gatcombe Park.
Attending the nuptials are Phillips' daughters, Savannah and Isla, and Sperling's daughter, Georgina, as an official spokesman noted that "further details will be announced in due course.
