The government of Hungarian Prime Minister Péter Magyar (Tisza) has decided that owners of diesel cars with a maximum output of 150 horsepower will receive targeted financial compensation of 5,000 forints (334 crowns) every month until the end of the year. The price of a liter of diesel at Hungarian gas stations is currently around 700 forints (46.7 crowns).
