Pet Spangled Party in Kingston enjoys successful debut

KINGSTON, N.Y. — Dozens of dogs, dog owners, and dog lovers headed over to Wall Street on Saturday afternoon, July 5, for the Kingston Uptown Business Association’s Pet Spangled Party.
